The property is beautifully decorated, and the friendly staff made our stay feel like a personalized experience.

The hotel decor was genuinely delightful.
Unfortunately, our first room was excessively dark, which was disappointing given the hotel's otherwise beautiful interior. Although we were able to switch rooms, the initial inconvenience tarnished our experience. Also, the noise from nearby street traffic kept us awake during the night, adding to our frustration.

The gardens and courtyards provide a serene retreat, and the sunset views from the balcony are breathtaking. Staff were generally helpful, especially when I needed recommendations for local dining options. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. the coffee was lukewarm and the fruit was not fresh. Noise from nearby traffic could also be an issue, affecting sleep quality.
